Why I do this
My mission is simple: I want to help as many people as possible to become healthier and happier. That starts with something seemingly small: our fatty acid balance. But believe me, the effect is huge.
In my work as an orthomolecular nutrition and lifestyle coach, I see it time and again: complaints resulting from low-grade inflammation.
Such as fatigue, hormonal imbalance, cardiovascular disease, skin problems, diabetes and osteoarthritis often have one thing in common — an omega 3/6 imbalance.
Did you know that 70% of your health can be influenced by your lifestyle?
And that no less than 58% of Dutch people are chronically ill?
That can be different. And that must be different.
That is why I work with a wonderful health concept based on blood tests, supplementation and awareness. No hocus pocus, but measuring = knowing.
And I do it my way: driving through Europe in my camper, celebrating life, doing business and inspiring.
